After dealing with Kraus on the phone, I have to say this company is up there with Patagonia, Apple and Starbucks. They immediately understood my issue, and offered to replace the faucet, no charge. Phone call was yesterday and new faucet is here TODAY!!

This sink and faucet are amazing, and the water has great pressure. We had a leak in the faucet months after purchase, and customer service responded quickly and professionally. I am so impressed that I will only buy Kraus products going forward.
