Company Return Policy

For Products Purchased on Our Website

Introduction

Our goal is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason, customers are not satisfied with the product they have purchased from our website, they may return it under the terms and conditions outlined in this return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product was purchased directly from our website. If the product was purchased elsewhere, please contact the place of purchase for assistance with your return.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. The return authorization request can be initiated through the Customer Portal on our website.
  • The return authorization request must be approved prior to return. Any items returned without authorization are not eligible for credit.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be shipped back with the return shipping label provided after the return authorization request is approved.
  • All accessories, manuals, and free gifts that came with the product must be included in the return.
  • Order confirmation must be properly recorded in our system at the time of the return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • To request the product return authorization online, customers must be registered on our website, customers should log into their account on our website.
  • If the customer used a guest checkout option during purchasing and did not register an account on our website, the customer may initiate the return by sending a return authorization request to ordersupport@kraususa.com.
  • If the return authorization is approved, we will provide customers with instructions on the Customer Portal for registered customers and via email for non-registered guest customers.
  • Registered customers should print and must use the return shipping label provided on the Customer Portal. Non-registered guest customers should print and must use the shipping label provided via the return authorization email to the customer.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • If the return is rejected, we will notify you with an explanation.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the return shipping costs, after verifying the issue.

Exceptions and Special Conditions
