At Kraus, creativity is endless. Our storage space, however, is not. Since our company’s beginnings six years ago, we have created many quality bathroom and kitchen faucets and fixtures. While we consider each new product an excellent work of art and craftsmanship, some pieces have been more popular with the customers than others. Some have even become industry standards. 

New products need more space. To give our customers the biggest selection we have moved to a larger building. Our new home is in Port Washington NY. Located on Long Island, it is less than 30 minutes by car, and less than one hour by LIRR, from New York City. Our new facility has more than four times previous storage space, and more than twice the office space. It’s not just our product line that has increased in number, our administrative and customer support staff has as well! We are proud to welcome many new staff member aboard.

Customers recognize quality in their home fixtures. That’s why even in this tough economy, we are still growing. And, unlike other brands that have an office in one country and shipping in another, Kraus holds warehouse and office all in one facility. Kraus can deliver excellent customer service that other brands cannot. When a problem arises, instead of sending message across the world that get confused and lost, we just walk over to shipping and get it done right.
