In your drawing on page 4, you have 18.8" as the dimension of the sink width, but in the drawing on page 2 that dimension is 15". Shouldn't the dimension on page 4 also be 15"? If so, that is wrong in many of your drawings for sinks other than this one.

Hi Matt. Thank you for your question. You are correct. The width of our KCV-121 is 14.25 (roughly 15 inches) and the sink length is 18.8 inches. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our documentation. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thanks, Mike.

How heavy is this sink? If mount above counter top, do you have to adhere it to the counter top or is it heavy enough not to move?

Asked by: suzanne
Thanks for your question. This is a top mount sink that weighs 24lbs. We recommend placing beads of waterproof of silicone under the perimeter of the sink. Thanks

The pop up drain is 1.75" diameter while the drawing state the recommended drilled drain hole sizes is 5".diameter. Is there reason why it need to have much bigger drian hole drilled? Can I still install the sink with my existing 1.75 drilled hole? Thx!

Asked by: Henry
Thanks for your question. When using our pop-up drains for our ceramic sinks, we recommend cutting a 5 inch diameter hole in the countertop under the sink to allow enough room for the concave washer to press up against the bottom of the sink directly. This 5 inch hole will ensure the washer will fit up against the sink and create an air tight seal. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thanks Mike
