Elegant Lines, Easy Install
This faucet has some unique and elegant lines, especially at the base. Installation was easy, the hot and cold lines are staggered so you have room to connect the cold line and still have clearance to slip the rings up (to save your back from tightening one line under the sink). The handle looks nice.

Kraus is the new Grohe
This is a GREAT faucet. The quality is obvious as soon as you remove it from the packaging. Heavy, all metal construction, solid feel of the moving parts, attractive styling, great fit and finish.
It incorporates the latest technology ceramic cartridge, with no rubber seals to wear out. High-quality, braided (and color-coded) supply lines are included. The spray nozzle is retracted by gravity using a very substantial weight that clamps easily onto the hose. The motion is smooth and easy. The single handle that controls temperature and flow has a very solid feel that shouts quality and good design.
Installation is a breeze, due in no small part to the innovative design of the nut that holds the faucet in place. For ALL faucets, this nut is in a very awkward location, in a "valley" formed by the back of the sink bowl and the rear wall of your cabinet. There's zero room to swing a wrench, but most manufacturers expect you to. The Kraus system uses a large nut that you snug up by hand, and then three screws are tightened to finish the job. Unlike the wrench, it's easy to use a long screwdriver in the valley. Very smart design. Thanks, Kraus engineers. To give you an idea, it took me 45 minutes to remove the old faucet and 15 minutes to install this one.
The quality of this faucet is very high, equivalent to offerings from other brands that cost significantly more. Don't be fooled by the price, this is a great value. Highly recommended.
